Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Gunny.ai (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Gunny.ai is a firearms market intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available auction data to provide deal scoring, market valuations, and price trend analysis. We do not sell, transfer, or broker firearms. All transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers on third-party platforms.

3. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older (21 for handgun-related activity in some states)
• You must be legally permitted to purchase or possess firearms in your jurisdiction
• You must not be a prohibited person under federal or state law

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Tiers: Free, Basic ($7.99/month), and Pro ($14.99/month)
• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your current billing period
• We do not refund partial months
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice

5. Acceptable Use

• Use of the Service is for personal research and buying intelligence only
• Do not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Do not use the Service to circumvent third-party platform restrictions or terms
• Commercial redistribution of our scoring data, market valuations, or aggregated datasets is prohibited without written license

6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Gunny Score and market valuations are estimates based on historical auction data. They do not constitute appraisals, guarantees of value, or investment advice. Actual sale prices may differ materially. You are solely responsible for your purchase decisions.

7. Firearms Legal Disclaimer

Firearm laws vary significantly by state and locality. Gunny.ai does not provide legal advice. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws before purchasing, possessing, or transferring any firearm.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, scoring algorithms, data compilations, visualizations, and user interface elements of the Service are owned by Gunny.ai or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, for unlawful use, or for conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Texas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You and Gunny.ai waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
